"A year ago I was feeling out of shape and disgusted with myself. My clothes were getting too tight and shopping only made me feel worse because nothing fit. I kept trying to lose weight by eating less and less which made me too fatigued to exercise. By 5 PM every night I would be starving and would eat anything in sight. I really though my days of feeling fit and trim were gone forever.
I found Kate and decided to give exercise one more try by working out with her once a week. I felt so good that after the first week I was begging her to find another day in her schedule so I could work out twice a week. My energy level skyrocketed and within a few weeks I could begin to feel my waistline coming back. Within a month my jeans, which were once tight, were now loose. Within three months I was back in my former size and went on a shopping spree as my reward!
